Terms & Conditions — LottoNine Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and LottoNine ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the LottoNine website located at lotonine.cam and all related services, games, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the LottoNine Platform.

LottoNine operates as an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are intended solely for adult players aged 21 years and above who access the Platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes.

The following terms, where used in this Agreement, carry the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the LottoNine Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the account's existence:

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on LottoNine. This requirement is strictly enforced. LottoNine will request proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the LottoNine Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) active account on LottoNine at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. LottoNine reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where materially inaccurate information has been provided.

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of LottoNine or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on a self-exclusion programme at the time of account creation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

To access LottoNine's services, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate information as requested. Account functionality — particularly withdrawal capability — is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your identity document, your date of birth, and your preferred currency (MYR). All fields must be completed truthfully.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, LottoNine will require you to complete identity verification by submitting the following documentation:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (for Malaysian players, a MyKad is the standard accepted document).
• A recent selfie holding the identity document, taken against a neutral background.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your GrabPay, Touch'n Go eWallet, or bank account showing your name).
• Proof of address, where requested — a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months.

KYC documents are processed within 1-3 business days under normal conditions. LottoNine may request additional documentation at its sole discretion if verification cannot be completed with the initial submission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. LottoNine will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to LottoNine support immediately.

LottoNine accepts deposits exclusively via the supported payment methods listed on the Platform's deposit page at the time of transaction. Currently supported Malaysian payment methods include GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum isRM50 for most e-wallet methods and RM100 for bank transfers.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Account Holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• LottoNine does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Account Holder's responsibility.

E-wallet deposits (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via FPX or DuitNow typically process within 5-10 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum of one blockchain confirmation before funds are credited, typically within 15-30 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. LottoNine is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and with transparency.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account Holder's name, matching the name on the verified KYC documents.
• The Account Holder's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Real Money Balance can be withdrawn, unless otherwise specified by the specific promotion terms.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 for most payment methods unless otherwise specified on the withdrawal page.

LottoNine targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts: DuitNow and FPX withdrawals within 5-15 minutes; e-wallet withdrawals (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) within 5-30 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30-60 minutes after initiation. These timeframes represent operational targets and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or where additional review is required.

LottoNine reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceding specified thresholds or where the platform's fraud prevention systems identify patterns warranting review. Such reviews are conducted promptly and in good faith, and the Account Holder will be notified if additional documentation is required.

LottoNine offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, VIP tier benefits, and event-specific offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available only to Account Holders who have completed KYC verification unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless LottoNine's promotional terms specifically permit concurrent bonuses.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the specific promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire if the requirement is not completed within this period.
• LottoNine reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that active, in-progress wagering requirements are honoured.

Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus stacking in a manner contrary to promotion rules, using specific game strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Participation in the LottoNine VIP Programme is subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms. VIP tier benefits, cashback rates, and turnover thresholds are subject to change at LottoNine's discretion. VIP status is non-transferable. LottoNine reserves the right to review, adjust, or revoke VIP tier assignments where unusual wagering patterns are identified.

All bets and game play on the LottoNine Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, sport, or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant game interface or betting market. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Account Holder after placement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or bet placement, LottoNine reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the Account Holder's balance.
• Palpable errors in odds or game outcomes — including but not limited to misquoted odds, software errors, or data feed failures — may be corrected or voided by LottoNine at its sole discretion.
• For sports betting markets, in the event of match postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports rules for the relevant competition.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Delay in confirmation due to network issues does not guarantee the odds displayed at time of placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. These limits are product-specific and displayed where applicable in the relevant interface.

LottoNine is committed to providing a safe, responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can pose risks for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

LottoNine will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or hold an active account. If we have reason to believe that an Account Holder is under 21, we will immediately suspend the account and initiate identity verification. Any winings acrued on an underage account will be forfeited.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Account Holders at any time through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders — Configure time-based notifications reminding you of the duration of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend account activity for a defined period (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the LottoNine Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on valid deposits.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated process to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market.
• Coluding with other players in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such issues must be reported to LottoNine support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards any member of the LottoNine support team or other users.

All content on the LottoNine Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of LottoNine or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without LottoNine's prior written consent.

Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a grant of rights in any such marks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LottoNine and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

LottoNine's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Account Holder's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

LottoNine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of promotional offers.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Account holder's request for voluntary account closure.
• Self-exclusion request — the account will be closed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring LottoNine to restrict or close accounts in certain circumstances.

Upon closure of an account for non-fraudulent reasons, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Account Holder via the original deposit method, subject to KYC completion and any pending review processes.

LottoNine reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the LottoNine Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. Continued use following a material amendment without objection will be treated as unambiguous acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations governing online gaming operations. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the LottoNine Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by LottoNine's dispute resolution process. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the contact address specified in Section 16 below.

LottoNine is committed to fair, transparent dispute resolution and will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Complex matters may require up to 28 days to fully investigate and resolve. You will be kept informed of the progress of your complaint throughout this process.
